Green Smoothie Recipe

My latest obsession has been with green smoothies! They are so satisfying and leave me feeling full without having to feel guilty.

Here is what I put in my morning green smoothies:
3 large Kale Leaves, remove leaves from ribs before placing into the blender
1 ripe frozen Banana (before freezing cut into pieces or else it will be hard to peel)
1 cup Almond Milk (sometimes I use coconut or soy milk)
1 tablespoon of Agave
Optional: 1 scoop Protein Powder
